offer you two houses with character , "Bâbord" ("Port side") and "Tribord" ("Starboard"), built in 2005 and designed by an architect in order to receive in each of them comfortably 4 persons.
Each cottage is completely independent, on one floor, shaped like a "U" around a large exotic wooden terrace facing south, on the same level with the private garden enclosed by hedges, embankments and stone walls. The living room is central, with a bedroom on the West and on the East.
The Tribord ("Starboard") house is designed for easy access for the disabled and elderly: no threshold - ramp to the entrance - all doors with a 80 cm minimum width .
Living room : about 30 m² with kitchen area - dining area - lounge area
Exposed timbers - Ceiling height from 2.25 m to 4.05 m - wood panelled ceiling - Oak floor - Large bay window (6 meters) -, facing south - Large exotic wooden terrace (40 m²).

In each cottage: 2 bedrooms, one to the East and one to the West, giving access to the terrace with a large glass door.
Room 1: 1 bed 160 x 200 cm - Approximately 12 m² - Private bathroom with shower and toilet.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm (can be joined together into one double bed, 180 x 200 cm) - Approximately 14 m² - Private bathroom with bathtub.
From the cottages you access a WIFI internet connection
Entrance : Large cupboard with wardrobe, washing machine and superposed dryer - WC
Terrace: Approximately 40 m² - floor with exotic wood - tubs with flowers - on one level with the garden to the South, with access to the living room ton the North, and to the bedrooms to the East and to the West -.Teak lounge - teak chairs - Parasol - Barbecue.
Garden: Each house has its own garden fully enclosed and surrounded by embankments or hedges
A door accesses the footpath. Another door allows an eventual passage between the two houses
A wooden door opens to the common space for the two cottages, with a building where are stored firewood and recreational equipment: 7 bicycles adults - 3 kids bikes (20 "- 24" - 26 ") - a" Baby Van "for children - child bike seat - table and table tennis bats - outdoor games (Badminton - wooden croquet - bowls, wooden rocking horse).
For babies : 2 wooden baby beds (120 x 60 cm) - 2 wood baby high chairs - potty - baby bath.
Garage - Parking: A parking space plus a private garage with direct access from the outside (door closing by remote control)
