Each house is completly independent, on one floor, in shape of "U", being articulated around a large due South terrace, with exotic wood, of level with its own private garden closed with hedges, slopes and stone walls. The living is facing the South, with a room facing the East and a room facing the West. (photo)
The "Starboard" house is designed for an easier access to handicapped and old people : no threshold - approach ramp for the entry - minimum 80 cm width for doors.
In a common building for the two houses, are at your disposal : bicycles - ping-pong table - outdoors games - foot fishing nets.
